1) Decide that you are creating lifestyle changes

2) Have a clear WHY

2. Get super clear on why breaking free from the yoyo dieting is important to you and what your life will look like when you do (vision).

3) Address unhelpful beliefs

Address any beliefs about healthy eating which are holding you back – take note of the beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
