5 Things You Can do to Stop Feeling Overwhelmed and Stressed
Take a break
Something you probably know is needed but you may be resistant to.
Stop using this word
If you catch yourself using it - really get curious about what is behind it.
Brain dump
Get it on paper.
Plan it out
Set a day and time to work through the things that are causing you to feel stressed.
Delegate
Get rid of unnecessary tasks and prioritize.
In Closing:
