Our mindset plays a huge role in our ability to heal our relationship with food. In this live training I will be teaching you exactly how your current focus is keeping you stuck and how to change this!

DAY 3

Nourishing Your Body Instead of Restricting: The Crowd it Out Method

Nourishing our bodies is an essential part of getting away from yoyo dieting and emotional eating - it helps cravings at a physiological level as we give our bodies what they are after - nutritious foods! In this training I teach you all about the crowd it out method so that you are able to enjoy eating healthier foods.

DAY 4

How to Retrain Your Brain and Create the Habits you Want: Your Next Steps Forward

We will be diving into HOW to unlearn unhelpful habits and create the new habits you want. We will be setting next steps so you know exactly where to head next.

I am your host, Makayla Carpenter

I am a nutrition and life coach specialising in empowering you to overcome restrictive dieting and emotional eating.

I know what keeps us stuck and why we keep turning towards food (whether controlling it or using it to avoid feelings); and more importantly HOW to start healing and learning to live the life we DESERVE.

Coming from a rough past with food and myself, I am now super passionate about helping people, just like you, to see their true POWER in healing their relationship with food (and themselves!).
