Find Food Freedom

The crucial shifts needed to overcome restrictive dieting and emotional eating

25th of January 1:00pm (NZT)

You can't heal your relationship with food if you keep focusing on having more willpower.

Many people believe that the answer to overcoming restrictive dieting and emotional eating is through having more control, more willpower.

However, if you have found yourself optimistically trying a new diet, yet to soon find yourself falling back into old habits, you know this is not the answer. You KNOW that this pattern will continue if you don't create some big shifts.

To truly heal your relationship with food (and find freedom from yoyo dieting) you need to start addressing the underlying causes of the patterns you are stuck in.

After you attend this event you will:

- Understand why willpower is not the answer.

- You will have confidence and recognize the power you hold in healing your relationship with food.

- Be able to truly overcome the yoyo dieting: create fundamental shifts in the way you approach your relationship with food.

It's time to break free from the cycles that have kept you feeling stuck for too long. It is time to create the relationship with food that you DESERVE.

Hi!

I am your host, Makayla Carpenter

I am a nutrition and life coach specialising in empowering you to overcome restrictive dieting and emotional eating.

I know what keeps us stuck and why we keep turning towards food (whether controlling it or using it to avoid feelings); and more importantly HOW to start healing and learning to live the life we DESERVE.

Coming from a rough past with food and myself, I am now super passionate about helping people, just like you, to see their true POWER in healing their relationship with food (and themselves!).
