In Closing:

When we look at cravings at the surface level we just see that we want a certain type of food: from here there is not a lot of things we can do that will result in real change. Instead we need to look at and understand why we are craving certain foods and more often then not it is a form of habit in place. We need to unlearn this habit and learn new habits to be able to overcome this.
