Top 3 Ways to Improve Your Body Image and Self-Esteem

1) Stop comparing yourself to others

Notice the thoughts you are having when you think about the way your body looks – how much comparison is there? Recognize how unhelpful these sorts of thoughts are.

2) Learn to love yourself

Through addressing the triggers and thoughts which are causing you to not feel good about yourself you can begin to love yourself. Negative thoughts about yourself lead to negative feelings and beliefs. Get curious about this. Click here to learn more about loving yourself.

3) Focus on creating changes that feel good

Have feeling good and taking care of your body as your main goal. Prioritize being kind to yourself.
