Most proud of accomplishing with Makayla: Allowing myself to enjoy food again, the restrictions I was giving myself … was far to overwhelming and I didn’t realise how hugely it was embedded in my mindset… Makayla helped give me the mindset tools to realise what I was doing and call myself out on it.
I’m now back to enjoying cooking and eating food, that isn’t complicated and restrictive… and can make a packet of bikkies last 10 days not 2!!

My whole thought process on food has changed. In the past I thought that I needed to do an extreme diet to lose weight or exercise like crazy.
